Product Description
Today I visited the supplier to inspect this Komatsu PC200 excavator, and I can confidently tell you that it’s one of the few excavators I’ve seen in such excellent condition. Engine started cold, no hesitation whatsoever and did not cough on start up, which is what one would like to see on these machines because some of the older ones that I’ve had to repair lately cough out blue for the first thirty-seconds, but this one just rumbled on out clean, and then settled at idle with no hunting or rough running, that’s a plus.
Probably the most pleasing part of this whole inspection was they have rubber pads on the underside of the tracks that were not chewed up at all, tracks roll free, no flat spots, all links were not stretched out or cracked. No lag or cavitation sound from the pumps, boom cylinders extend smoothly, no bursting, no stick sticking, no slop in the stick and bucket pins are tight. These red seat covers are all the way on Cab’s, operator’s must be pretty particular not to have dirt on his sticker, but the interior itself has dusty bits on the dash and monitor no big deal but rather unusual for the floor mats to be cloth, most guys have rubber. None of the scratches on Paint and counterweight appear as though it has been touched by a man’s hand, it has been babied or light work has been done.Only funny thing is that under those covers there is still a lot of factory plastic wrap under parts of the seat – either it’s been stored a long, long time or it has been refurbed recently, not sure which.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.
