Product Description

Today I inspected this Komatsu PC200 excavator at the supplier’s site. The excavator’s hydraulic system had no delay when operating the stick, and there was no delay in the boom and bucket retraction. I believe the main pump is not damaged. There is no lag in hydraulics while cycling sticks, the boom and bucket curl don’t give lag -I think main pump is not cooked yet- and there is some give in the swing motor, but not enough to prevent work tomorrow. Deep in the boom cylinder the rod has surface rust on it; not ideal, but shall see if it’ll hold if it is kept greased since there is no spot that will snag my nail.

All of these were so covered with mud that I wouldn’t have been able to determine if any were seized or greasing out through the ends if I did not run them – they didn’t want me to run them since there were other machines parked too close. The idler has some rust on it but on the surface only. The frame rails of the track are filled with clay, and I was able to use a screw-driver from the guy at the gate to get at some of it and did not notice any cracks. I think I was pleasantly surprised by everything about Cab’s, no seat’s not ripped up, no holes rusted through the floor pan as it did it sat outside for years.  All Glass Clear – No Starring or Front Windshield Chips. All controls are tight, no “flabby sticks” to be found.  Its paint job has been faded to hell on the hood/counterweight but, that’s only exterior and it won’t affect how it digs. Machine has been working not sitting, which is what you want!

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
