2020 LOVOL FR260D Crawler Excavator

The vehicle being inspected is a Lovol FR260D. Judging from the plastic film still on the seats, it has just come from the maintenance workshop and has undergone a complete and meticulous maintenance and refurbishment. I just I mean in terms of interior, this cab is really cleaner than the majority of the brand new cabs I’ve seen come off a truck.

Looked round, but couldn’t find a flat spot, idler. Judging from the engine’s performance, this excavator is in peak working condition, with no oil leaks or oil burning issues.Strictly speaking if it was taped together with a boom, pin bosses on the boom, arm felt tight when I pushed on the stick and caught the lip of the bucket trying to rock it, no slop to speak of. Boom cylinder, arm cylinder, bucket cylinder, every outer cylinder I could get my hands on is not weeping fresh oil, was only old dust and some grime sitting on the lower covers. The yard guy who has the key got away before I got back to the back of the lot so I couldn’t run it myself today, but everything seemed OK visually – no staining around the exhaust; nothing dark or wet on the lower frame rails or anything else would indicate engine issues. On top paint seems to be fine – counterweight still yellow – no deep crack signs of rust on any body panels. The underside frame is the standard x-frame, gray painted frame with no cracks at the weld points (as far as I could tell)It’s undercarriage is taken care of but not to the extreme and has some hours on it, cabin has had no change whatsoever, no leaks in the hydraulics and whoever owned it before was not a mean ole son of a gun.
