2019 LOVOL FR80E Crawler Excavator

This is a Lovol FR80E small to medium-sized excavator, Today the sky was gray and drizzling on and off all day so everything looked wetter than they really were, really nothing crazy though – checked the yellow warning decal by the aircon console, chinese text, normal stuff, no big deal; the glass on the cab wasn’t cracked; comfortable dual joystick system under your hand; the lever with the red tip on the right side is smooth to operate; settled plaid seat cover – it is worn but not torn up; a dull logo/talkie cab door some honky slapped on for a reason, pad is fine though; the floor mat has dried mud tracked in from the boots – normal.

But SRM noted that the tracks are really dirty, likely a good thick layer of mud and sticky clay over time, and the shoe wear assessment isn’t possible because there was no exposed metal, but it should be hosed down and assessed again by a purchaser. boom and arm cylinders were cycled when a bucket-load picture was posted and there wasn’t any obvious play on the pins, and the bucket picked up some weight when it was lifted without jamming, and the hydraulics moved the bucket smoothly without any jerky movement. I would say the output of the cat engine here is fine for the size—no smoking during start up as seen, the sound of the cat steady one question here—the whole operators manual went missing, either due to missing paperwork or something else—cant say. Machine digs well. No play. All things considered, its operational and has no shroud on the ground needing dirt to be hosed off it before it gets to the dealership price, in my antennae anyway. buyer may want to have it steam cleaned and rechecked for track wear and pin bushings prior to being finalized on the dealership price, this is my unbiased opinion from the mud today.
