2025 SANY SY75C Pro Crawler Excavator

Today is January 7, 2026. The vehicle being inspected is a Sany Heavy Industry 75C Pro, with the central control dial showing 201 hours of operation. This seems to be true – the plastic film on the seats and control levers is still there, and the floor mats are intact, despite the high mileage. The engine compartment is clean, with no oil mist on the hood liner or frame longitudinal beams.  Even the bends in all the hoses near the boom cylinders are free of dust.  Undercarriage is really never worn, rubber tracks are still sharp, mold lines can be seen on some lugs on tracks, no grinding on the track rollers and idlers, and tracks full of tension. As far as I could see Bucket didn’t have any other damage, just light scuffing on the cutting edge; The pins held, I could not see any ‘slop’ in stick or boom bearings when I cycled it a few times with the engine running.

Controls were smooth – no sign of any jerking or anything hydraulically laggy on these smaller machines, swing motor was a little ‘whine’, but nothing too alarming. It was cloudy at the time of the inspection so I was unable to get under it but I was able to crawl around the frame rails and belly pan and all was dry with no seepage around the cylinder or hose crimps and then I noticed the swing motor housing looking greased around the seal, but grease not leak. The tracks are level and square, there is no sag on one side, the blade is straight and there’s no weeping from the actuator. All the hardware is still factory looking (no sun fade or brush scuff on the boom and the counterweight) and the glass in the cab is clean and free of chips. This machine is from Sany Heavy Industry. Parts are easy to find, like those from Yanmar or Kubota. It has only been used for 200 hours and is almost brand new, so it should not need any maintenance for a long time.Ran through a complete dig cycle and pulls hard with no cavitation noise from the pump and auxiliary hydraulics function if you run a thumb or a breaker.
