Product Description
This machine at the yard with XCMG, SANY SY870H Pro on muddy ground. The engine is an ISUZU 6-cylinder and was fired up and let idle for a short while, no funny knocking or puffing smoke from the top, no oil from the valve cover which is a good sign regarding many of the Chinese frames, if they leak they leak big time. Cooling pack is quite dusty, radiator fins are not bent and are probably only in need of a blowout with compressed air, intercooler and hyd oil cooler all present and installed firmly. The intake hose is the same as the orange silicone kind with clamps (I couldn’t find any cracks in it).
Where it gets interesting is the hydraulics – all the hoses appear drier than they should, and no fresh oil mist or wetness on the fittings – and they have them exposed up top where the quick couplers are – swing motor is exposed too and there’s no signs of leakage, though a bit more dirt on it than should be, but not a fresh problem – sticky under the main frame, perhaps some leakage that got a bit older. Hydraulic Filters are the inline type, the housing is clean for the most part, the control valve block is the normal yellow SANY casting and there is no visible cracking. There are chewed up but still life left bucket teeth, and cutting edge.However, because it was overcast at the time of inspection lighting for photos was not great but I did what I could. No major chips in the glass, roof guard installed, no major bends in body panels. Fading of paint in areas. Machine digs well. I don’t see any play in the pins when I rode the boom. This is a Sany excavator in excellent condition. Please contact us anytime if you are interested.
