Product Description

Kobelco SK260LC (long reach) – teal colour. The boom sections have some fading in Paint, minor cosmetic rusting has begun – but no structural rust where you’d expect – just normal wear and tear of a machine in operation. The cylinder rods are ALL chrome with a little pitting, but there are no drip seals, and they were left there for a good minute—no oil was dripping anywhere (I believe—but who can say just in case they direly need a wash and had a drip seal, I suppose a good wash should do it but—you never can tell).  In the engine there is some of the normal dust and dirt but no broken or bent looking fin sections and the hoses that lead from the radiator to the hydraulic pump were black rubber with no cracks when squeezed, plus I was 999% sure there was no fresh seep or any lines or body damage to the hydraulic pump area, old seepage, dust and grime all around, nothing fresh however.

There was wet mud here earlier which made it a bit more difficult to check, but there have been some recent signs of activity. All Glass is intact on the cab, no cracks, door seals appear to be in good shape, LED work lights mounted on boom and cab (which is ideal for night shifts). There is no quick coupler and it is wired normally with pins, some guys prefer to have it this way, for reliability anyway.Orange area around the intake hose to the air filter on the engine, yellow filter on the fuel filter housing which indicates some basic maintenance. There was not much to see through the grille of radiator and it did not appear to be clogged with debris. The hydraulic lines were all black rubber – did not see anything cracked, of course, I was not removing panels to really get in and get an up-close examination of anything. Machine is flat while tracks are not sagging. From the stand’s side, this is a used SK260 that has been used but is in good working order (not work abused of course, but used). Track work’s due up, it can do its normal smooth services numbers-wise.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
