Product Description

Today I drove this Lonking LG6245E excavator to a dirt road for inspection. The road surface was very muddy and the tracks were very hard, but the Cummins engine started smoothly, idled steadily, did not emit smoke from the exhaust pipe, and had no abnormal noises in the engine compartment. Cab’s standard joystick controls—Lock lever is good—Glass is in good condition, no glass cracks. All boom and arm cylinders look good without wobbling while on the bike and pins appeared to be tight even while she was digging into that huge pile of rocks out back. While walking the car around it rained during part of it, but the whole yard was a swamp and didn’t help much in checking the undercarriage, so the fuel filters were changed, Fleetguard unit has a NEW sticker on the underside so they’ve been changed recently, no water weeping out from the bottom of the water separator. Sumitomo Riko hydraulic hoses are rated for 35MPa; the clearances looked to be fine, no cracking or bulging visible (I could’ve missed a few spots, haven’t ruled them out), no oil trail visible on the surface on hoses; connections were all snug as babies.

There’s some surface rust atop the track links and the roller frames (not structural, sitting outside awhile I suppose). Hers track rollers didn’t appear to be grinding as she moved and there was no metal on metal type sound. Machine digs well. No Pin Play in Bucket. Boom cylinder seals too appear dry – no seep marks on the rod. Cabin interior is reasonably clean, seat is worn, though not torn, floor mat is dirty, but mud stuck from boots (not a greasy or oil stained mess inside), controls not sticky. This paint is somewhat scuffed on the counter weight and on the lower side panels, this is typical for a machine that has been working as opposed to one that has only been used for cosmetic reasons and stored in a lot somewhere. As a whole she is definitely a working machine, a few things have been used extensively but nothing really leaping at me as to needing a rebuild, except for the undercarriage (which will have to be done again when she’s cleaned off), that’s the biggest thing I would put under scrutiny for anyone purchasing her. Well it’s hydraulically sound, my engine seems to run fine, tuning up my cab will be the final test. Would like to see compression checked at any rate, but there’s nothing on walk-around and cycle test that’s leaping out at me as a big show-stopper.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
