Product Description
The Sany 200C excavator here today has a very clean-looking engine; there is some accumulated grime at the top of the radiator fins and orange dust on the top cover (this is common in demolition work, and the rust spots on the counterweight were likely caused by the same thing). Surface corrosion on swing motor housing – not very nice but not all that unusual with these units being outside, main thing is it rotates very freely, no grinding. The hydraulic system—oh hold on, let’s look at my notes—ok so it has quite a bit of wet residue under the pump area and on the bottom of the engine block, not a big leak but it is seeping, you don’t want this to get worse, so you should fix it before it starts leaking. Hoses appeared fine visually, but I did note some cracking on a couple of the rubber hoses that are most often on older hoses – none were split open – just watch hoses with that kind of cracking.
Cabin is pretty dirty and floor mat is caked with mud and seat fabric worn in areas where operators sit daily, it doesn’t happen often, though the ceiling liner seems to be in good shape. All Glass with no cracks. I couldn’t tell you if this is more cosmetic or structural but the paint looks like it’s seriously worn and, under the paint, there is a ton of mud wedged in between track links and around the idler hubs, etc. The sky/tree were cloudy during the inspection, thus light wasn’t optimum but I was able to get good angles of the underside. The Seat Pocket does not contain Operator’s Manual. Everything was tight – control valves and main block connections – and no where that the fluid appeared to be puddling in a new spot but rather was stained and must have been like this for quite a while. No length in the boom or stick, very tight pins. Machine digs well. It’s a diesel, the exhaust manifold has surface rust but are not blue or white and the engine started with no issue. Overall condition good, each track is some what muddy, however the rollers do not appear to be blown out, rather the surface is just abraded to the level of use. I’m figuring it will run if you’re just using this for demo – I know what you’ll be in for – with the under carriage wear and minor weeps in the hydraulic system – but if you know what you’re getting into, it will run for you.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
