Product Description
Today around 3pm demo walked SY485H, this unit is smoke-free and idles well on a demo site engine cold, which should be the case with all SANY’s or this becomes a lemon. When I arrived, the Operator had it running digging; no cracks in the bucket shell, boom/stick pins move freely under load with no clunking or slop in the linkage indicating low hours or proper greasing. Hydraulics respond quick with no jerky movements and swing smooth both ways with tracks driving straight without pulling to one side.
The tracks are not sagging so bad for the weight of the mud placed on them. Inside Cabin, the floor and seat base is pretty filthy, the driver doesn’t seem to care much about the interior, blue curtain curtained in, but the door seams appear good. It was cloudy all of the time I was out there. Was thinking it was going to pour out of the sky but didn’t. Examine engine bay (heck do I need to elaborate on what I actually did, check, hahahaha) Valve cover has an oil film (not dripping…just normal from a leaky oil joint that still occurs on older engines, no real puddles anywhere), exhaust manifold has surface rust, normal, air intake hoses all seem fine, radiator area clean, dusty but no oil stains or fresh oil leaks. Prisoners in hydraulic pump, dry control valve housing and dirty (not wet) lines.Counterweight is dirty, top surface has a baked on dirt, which is typical when equipment is left outside, and top surfaces are faded due to over time use of equipment, wall is not worn brittle or uneven. Boom shows the normal loading truck scratches and paint chips without any cracks or welded repairs (that I could see). But I’d say overall it digs fine and runs fine, it’s just filthy and should get a bath before you’d know what you’ve got running under all of that mud.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
