Product Description

Today I inspected a brand new SANY 60C Pro at the site. The staff had cleaned the excavator very thoroughly so I could observe it properly; the ground was still wet when I arrived. The first thing I checked was the engine compartment, as it’s the most important part of the machine. The engine compartment was as clean as when it left the factory, which is understandable given that it was recently manufactured. There was no oil mist on the firewall, and no carbon buildup on the valve cover. They have cylinders that were firing smooth while I had them running it cold, and the air filter canister was not caked either, which generally indicates that it’s not been used for heavy duty work but rather it’s either light duty or that someone really did change the canister. There is no evidence of a hydraulic block under the hood, no cracks or bulges in the hoses and all the crimps are tight – it’s actually cleaner than most that I see that have low hours.

Note that Cab’s still in factory plastic on the seat and the joysticks are either still covered or they wrapped it up for the photos, as is floor mat, so it’s been worked, but not beaten. The glass is not cracked, no cracked door seals, control panel lights on up correctly with no lights on and the linkage under the floor is not loose and the pedals move freely.  The undercarriage was where I spent the majority of my time, because minis killer is simply there and the track pads are still 85% meat, the idler is not gouged and chain links don’t seem to be stretched or twisted like I have seen in machines that were run in demo or rocky dirt all day. The teeth on sprockets are called sharp. After cleaning it up with Clean.wait I was able to put my fingers around the hydraulic pump mount, and thought I saw witness marks in the area, but it is just old dust, no fresh oil there, and no wetness anywhere on the swing motor housing, or the boom cylinders.  Blade cylinders move out and in of the dozer frame with no leakage and the dozer frame welds are not cracked. There is no jerking or cavitation noise from the pump as boom moves smoothly across full range, stick cylinder seals look dry and they didn’t get any indication of delay or drop when they curled the bucket that indicates internal leaks. Engine was not running erratically or starting to “hunt” or surge when idling. Tracks tight. The inspection took place when it was cold, which causes some contraction and nothing did look amiss. It must have very few hours, or it was probably finish worked since there are no impact dents anywhere in the frame or torch cuts where the swing bearing was not as it is with other frames. Don’t see any reason to go anywhere unless it’s a stupid price.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
