Product Description

I went to look at a SANY SY870H excavator today; it was parked on a lot alongside several other pieces of equipment. Judging by its appearance, the machine certainly showed signs of use, but it hadn’t been treated roughly or abused. An hours display of 4863.72, (not bad for a machine this size). The engine cover is covered in some dirt, and when I back them up the cooling stack appears as if there’s no oils or coolant running around – as can happen on a working machine, the radiators have plenty of dirt smothered all over of course, but I don’t see any oil mist or any oil weeping anywhere on the cores nor do I see the oil hoses going from them cracked or swollen – good thing too, because to replace them all would be a nightmare on a machine this size.

Bucket looks as worn as you would expect, edges are not shiny at all and there’s dirt all around but the pins don’t have slop that I could detect when I grabbed the stick and someone put in a after market race seat in the cab because its red and black, like from a car, but its actually cleaner than the factory seats will be in the same count anyway. Moderately dirty in terms of cabin with some dust on the glass, and some smudges on the console, which can’t be considered bad or dirty, the red carpet on the floor mat had some dirt at the edges but nothing terrible, all the buttons on the right-side panel were present and when I fired up the tablet display all was well, and the rear camera was clear. Some scuff on counterweight paint and the belly had some mud on it, but nothing else I could see scuffed or broken on the whole body, that’s normal for one that is worn, No chrome rods were seen that were scored and the hydraulic cylinders on the boom and stick are black and appear to be dry as well. Machine digs. Come on, for the hours and price range these babies operated at it’s not a bad machine, I’ve seen worse SANY’s come thru and this is definitely one of the worse I’ve seen for the hours, except mechanical and needs a track adjustment and a good wash and they’ll look a lot better!

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
