Product Description

I inspected this Sany SY60C excavator today; it rolled off the production line in November 2020, making it roughly six years old. I would say the motor started right up with no smoke out the smokestack, the alternator is spinning nice and clean and all the belts etc look fine but I don’t know the last time someone opened the top of the engine for anything other than a tune-up and oil change. Coolant tank is present, didn’t see the oil level clearly through all the dirt there, but no boils around the tank and no alarming oil streaks; the air filter canister looks fine; didn’t see any areas that spilled anything recently when under the top, those white plastic caps on the fittings are all still in place which is a good sign, no one semi-recently under there trouble shooting an issue.

Cabin is a mess (no lying), the floor mat is covered in mud and there is dried mud tracked throughout the interior – the seat fabric isn’t perfectly pristine but is not a mess, controls although sloppy with much movement when I cycled them, they work decently.  Dozer blade up front still moves but does not jerk as it moves, cylinders will move for or backwards and there were no cracks on the blade. A bit of rust to the surface is fine and a bit of peeling paint is fine counterweight, but it’s not structural rot or whatsoever that will make me crack and turn around. During the inspection it was sunny but it was evident that this is something that is used outdoors a full time job viewer!  Machine digs well. No play. When held mid stroke for about thirty seconds, no cylinder drift, always the test, boom held back very tight, no cylinder droop in the smooth, stick, stick curls.  I would say for a mini ex 6 years old, it’s not bad, it just needs cleaning up and I suspect may need fresh teeth, the undercarriage is the problem, but you already knew that with a six year old mini ex.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
