2022 SANY SY205H DPC Medium Crawler Excavator

I really like this SANY 205H DPC excavator because it has a special electronic control system that makes it more fuel-efficient.I first opened the engine bay, checked out the valve cover, the wiring, nutted around the liberty rail, and it was listed this is a sany 205H, the old girl was quite clean, but when I ran my hand along the lower rail there was dirt and dust, but no dampness, he didn’t even get a chance to stop and wash his engine because it was very clean, so it’s not leaking at the valve cover where I’d expect it not to (ie, open vent), nor at the gaskets, or anywhere else that I should be able to see for a leak. The same with the fuel filter and hydraulic return filter; both are sany, fittings everywhere in the compartment are in good dry order and the floor of the compartment is not oily, its dusty – what you want.

The kpm tandem pump and the control valve block are clean, in fact I’m thinking I stopped twice here, for a machine that has got a few hundred hours on it – check, check – I don’t see no dirt around the base of the pump housing, nor did I see a red plastic plug in the port of the control valve. Good sign. No soft spots could be felt when squeezing the hoses into a cowl or arm(s) and they appeared to be in good condition without any noted cracks occurring at collars. But it’s all over for Bucket isn’t it? before this machine will start any real production work, it needs a new set of teeth, a working cutting edge and a new bucket, P.S. Tracks are muddy, I’m not sure how many more the grousers will last but the shoes are all present and the drive sprocket doesn’t appear to have any broken pieces through the mud.Interiors of vehicles are used for cab. The rubber strip on the floor is worn through in places; mud is all over the place – though quite extensive, a pair of work gloves are on the floor, some plastic packaging from something – it’s obviously been used, which is supposed to be the point of having rubber floor mat at all, anyway. No windshield cracks, no broken glass panels, no broken joysticks/controls, have cycled safety lever with no issues. The seat is still in good condition and the log of the domain “sany” is still on the headrest. There was even a red ceremonial flower decoration hand-tied to the cab handrail, it was, as they do in China, as a new job commencing or a new owner taking over ownership, this machine has recently been moved to its new site/situation or it has been recently removed from a previous owner. There is no sign of wear on the decals and they can be read from both sides. The BOTTOM LINE—engine’s fine, hydraulics at the bottom of the board, attachment (unless it’s already done for me) is in need of some serious work before I start to get some wear percentage on the rollers, shoes etc. and some one quotes me.
