Product Description
In this machine, sunward SWE70E, 7-ton excavator, the first thing I did when I walked it yesterday afternoon was I lifted the hood and just stood there looking — and this was a yanmar sourced motor, fuel filter label is in Japanese, AC compressor was mounted and belted, single serpy belt doesn’t show any cracks where it is coming out, fuel filter, it wasn’t ignored, no crud caked all around the outside of it, valve cover was red and wasn’t sopping wet, couldn’t see anything weeping around the banjo fittings I can get to from the outside, no oil running all down the side of the block, not even pools under the pump is what I’m saying — Dry. Good start.
The driver’s seat was covered with a red cloth cover, and both control levers were covered with cloth and tied tightly, so the machine was stored and well-maintained, and the vinyl material under the cloth cover looked good (I couldn’t feel any damage). Grips: Normal dried mud in pattern of floor mat. Glass in cab is clean and free of cracks on both sides and front, there are two roof worklights and they are installed. The interior panels have good rigidity. Rollers — I crouched and approached each face looking for weep — not (Will go back to rear idler end on left side — look dark, but that’s nothing — just old dirt and nothing new coming off — seals are holding dry). Track sag is good – not floppy, not overscrunch tight. Dozer Blade Up Front, Single Central Cylinders, Rod Clean, No bended ram. Pin in Bucket feels tight, no “clunk” leaning on it. Arm paint (teal) boom is all out of factory and no visible cracks in the welds on the ground. No abuse is evident on this machine and the machine pins are tight. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.
