Product Description

This machine is a PC450LC, Komatsu yellow which is standard digging bucket. The Pins are fairly tight, cyclable and there’s no lag on the boom or stick so I can tell that the hydraulics are keeping pressure where they need to. The bucket adjustment is fairly responsive as well, no pull hold or jerks on the handles which is an indicator that the hydraulics are holding. When I went down under the boom it looked dry, oh that oil on the pump–walked around it twice, it’s just old oil, looked at the oil seals on the boom cylinders–some surface chrome is oxidized, but that’s superficial, no leaks anywhere, hoses are routed clean, and none look cracked or leaking at the fittings at all.

Tracks are the same as the shoes and plates on the surface have some rust which is normal; Idlers have some rust as well, but those are not bolted into it; the rollers look ok, can’t tell if covers were pulled or not, and no missing bolts or cracked welds on under car roof frame that can be seen. When I arrived, the engine bay was open, the filters in place and looked fresh, the drive filter’s orange platen wasn’t clogged, the belt was tight with good belt ribs, the belt didn’t have any cracks, and the fan impeller behind the radiator guard was free spinning and good. The lines on the swing motor area/pump section are organized and are not a rats nest as some of the machines I’ve seen (this one also has a yellow paint job on the cylinders and frame, counterweight in the back is black, no cracks visible). I did go down low enough to check the critical stuff, lighting wasn’t the best – it was cloudy during this inspection. Platform contains no loose welds, handrails are solid and handrails have anti slip panels with drain holes.  It’s not time yet for tracks to need replacing but it is eventually! I think cab’s cleaner than I expected, either from the eyes of other people putting time into this thing, or it only had low hours on it, or being a working machine, people took care of it. But from a walk-around point of view, I can’t say much without taking apart, but it’s simply the wear and tear of iron that’s been working its way for a while now.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
