Product Description
Today we’re inspecting this Chinese-made Sany excavator SY375H, the tracks—they were so covered up with this reddish clay and it presumably hasn’t been used in a week or two. Paint is milky and it’s got the normal scratches on it as it touches counterweight, this isn’t anything serious, there’s a half peeling company sticker on counterweight. With the bonnet up, engine compartment #1 is dusty but doesn’t appear dirty, no apparent weeps or drips, hoses are in good condition and the radiator is dusty but not gummed up. Hydraulic pump is bright yellow, appeared clean, and I didn’t see any oil anywhere on the deck and under it—well let me look in the swing motor housing one more time, but it’s bone dry, just old grime. Cylinders visible that were clean–no scoring visible at what I could reach of the cylinders.
It’s really under the chassis, I would say tracks are about 60% left, maybe 65% if you’re generous but I’m not, the links are rusty, rollers and idlers are covered in mud, I kicked around under there for a while, you don’t find any cracks or pitting other than a normal wear pattern. The condition of the sprocket was deemed to be good and the sprocket was clean of mud. On rusted track frames, there is rust on exposed metal, but not any structural metal area that is being destroyed. It cycled well for me, the hydraulics were smooth (no jerky movement, no pumps whining etc.). Extended boom cylinders with no mid-stroke leaks, that is, what was to get you later. Travel motors were free of oil.I was unable to check the interior much as the operator was out of sight and it was locked, but it looks like a nice workhorse, isn’t going to smell like roses in the cab and must be flavored with diesel and cigarette smoke I imagine. To be frank this one’s seen the best of times as well as the worst while still being a Chinese machine, but that might be because of me, I don’t know. Mechanically, it’s not intimidating to me if I was buying it for flipping, I’d expect to get some new bucket teeth and possibly a track adjustment and a complete flush of the fluids to start clean. On the floor under where it was was no moisture, no puddles of anything. During the inspection it was overcast and I couldn’t get great lighting on some of the details but I did what I could!

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
