2025 SANY SY35U Mini Excavator

We are currently inspecting this Sany SY35U mini excavator on site. Already on the machine and sitting with a hydraulic grapple  and it opens and closes smoothly with no cylinder drift when I gripped it mid stroke for some 20 seconds. Tires are rubber, perhaps 95% L, may have some chunking on the outside of the LUBS with no sign of it interrupting the function, undercarriage rollers are free spinning, no binding and idlers are facing straight. Front dozer blade – cylinders move in and out smoothly, seals on the rams don’t have any weeping; they look dry, only dust and from a job site. No smudges on the ends of the pedals, no mud on the floor mat, seat is still in the plastic with the SANY tag, HVAC still blows cold and the fire extinguisher is mounted and in decent condition. Red handled smooth “joystick” on right side, no broken or missing detents to the joystick, left side panel with the usual function switches but nothing broken or missing.

There’s no large dents or scrapes, maybe there’s a little scuffing on the boom where it rubbed up against a branch or against a tight spot; but other than that there is no damage – out of the box it’s painted black. Boom and Stick pins –Checked twice – tight with no daylight, no leaking cylinders, no chafing – hoses routed clean and all clamps had a new look. Very smooth both directions with no grinding or hesitation and tail swing clears fine. From what I can see in the hydraulic pump areas from underneath the pump, there is no active seepage; just dirt caked up from being outdoors. Engine compartment my only access would be via the grille, but all appeared to be clean, belts ok and the coolant holding container was full and the oil on the dipstick was in the hash.  Grapple works. Swing smooth. Cab – inside is almost like new, floor is clean, glass is clean with no chips in it. While it was cloudy at the time of the inspection, I was not able to inspect rubber seals for sun damage, but it appears as if these rubber seals were never in use at all! Machine digs. No play. If you are purchasing without seeing it I’d say it’s one that’ll always be solid as long as you check its hours when you first pick it up and perhaps change the tracks during a different season depending on how aggressively you run it.
