Sany SY200C Plus, january 2022 build, Walked this machine first thing you would notice, the isuzu starts right up and doesn’t blow a puff of smoke sitting at idle and the operator spun the boom and stick a few times as you would expect and the hydraulics had no hesitation moving, engine was dialed to throttle 7, no knock on the engine, no roughness, she just sat there ticking over the way she should, fuel economy readout read 2.0 liters per hour in S mode that means the engine’s not chugging about consuming fuel.
The bushings on the chain connections are starting to show flat spots on all the contact surfaces, the idler wheel face is polished slick.There’s white chalky oil residue on one of the hydraulic fittings, near the swing motor, the kind of stuff that slowly drips and buildup on that fitting over time, no fresh and wet oil dripping, no pooling underneath, so if it’s weeping it is very slow, maybe someone could clean the housing fitting, and run the motor for a few hours before saying it was dry. Well there’s also some exposed wiring in that hydraulic bay, the red and yellow wires are just sitting there in that bay, sure looks like it was added on or field repair along the way, didn’t ask for either, but its there.In the cab, everything worked normal, no code in the indicator column, but there was the service wrench on a red background — indicating that the service intervals have been reached, most likely hours-based oil change or filter change. Hydraulic hoses 42MPa with no cracking on jackets with surface aging on the older hoses. For a 2022 model, this is how the iron would look if it is 4500 hrs – it still looks good, no parts have failed, just get the undercarriage called in and clear the service bulletin before sending the machine to work.

Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.
