Product Description
In a corner of the site, I spotted a row of Komatsu excavators—all PC350 models in excellent condition, the turbo isn’t leaking, the exhaust manifold has surface rust, the hoses in that spaghetti tangle underneath the deck are all dry—no weeps from fittings.
There is some mud and trash remaining on the floor mat, operator has on and off the vehicle with boots on, plastic wrap over seat like operator didn’t want to dirty, controls operates smooth, no slop in sticks door seals appear to be intact, glass is fine. No smoke or strange sounds when I arrived but the area around the oil cap was not covered with “mayo” oil like it is when head gaskets leak, the level in the coolant tank was fine and no oil in the coolant.Red rags tied to the “lucky” handrails by some guys for luck or visibility or whatever. One thing I noticed is that it did not leak anything under the machine – I walked twice around, looking down at the ground and trying to figure out if there were any leaks; there was none under the machine, none by the hydraulic tank or engine; Machine digged fine based on cylinder chrome I could see – no scoring. Lighting was not quite ideal during the inspection as it was overcast; however, sufficient lighting was obtained. This unit is not as clean as when new, but straightforward solid iron not inflated components I’ve unearthed, nothing extra to swap out coming up soon mechanically.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.
