Product Description

The weather has been bad lately, so I took advantage of a break in the rain to come to the site and check on the machinery, this is a Komatsu PC450. Rollers are a little bit “wobblish”, but not such that a replacement is imminent.  Surface rust was observed – could not be helped and in this environment; no cracks (that I could see); checked welds around track frame mounts and didn’t see anything suspicious.  No fancy equipment at all just a digging bucket.

Agrringly the engine bay was dusty as hell and says a lot for it not leaking as dust sticks to oil, and the radiator fins needed a blow out, but that is a maintenance item not a red flag, as well as all the dust being pure powder – the air filter housing looks sound, the fuel filter is the white Komatsu OEM canister so at least someone’s been doing basic service.  No cracks in hoses, no loose clamps, swung around the house, no grinding or odd noises heard. Smooth operation. The joysticks were currently wrapped and I was unable to try them, but they don’t appear to be broken.  Though a few booms have some paint wear from rentals, very few show any impact damage or any dents to the boom structure that would be caused by rolling or a hard impact, Komatsu branding is still visible in normal wear. It was cloudy and had a light drizzle while I was down there to check out but started it up, but no smoke or none of the engine knocking and struggling.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
