Product Description

These are the engines setup on a machine, and they’re not cat, they’re the sany SY200C; walked them today at the site, boom’s a single section arm and bucket’s still munch chomping through the rubble; No hesitation on the swing, but I had a handicap of minus three or four today, looked at 3 excavators before lunch, so I guess I was geared wrong. Put putty all over this rough and the counterweight’s got that decal wrapping a bit on the CCTVs and there’s mud caked solid on the tracks – I eyeballed wear percentage on this, would have to hose it down and get calipers on the pins to give an accurate number, but I didn’t see anything out of place or blown out. Scratches and some chipped paint on side panel by the SANY logo and door decal half rubbed off (cosmetic not structural).

Pump housing has some staining, it looked dry when popped, but let me check again…Yeah, just old dust caked on; no dripping, no fresh puddles around or on the ground where it’s been sitting. There is mud smeared up in the frame beneath the engine, no cracks in the frame I noticed, bolts on the pump block are clean, no rust oozing from those bolts up on top which is a good sign the engine seals up top aren’t leaking down to compromise the bolts. Some of the oil that appears to be fresh on a portion of the lower frame could actually be rain water with some dust, after a dry day it would be good to restate a Check for a leak before it is confirmed. The interior of the cabin didn’t get eyes on this round and I didn’t take a clean shot of the undercarriage rollers this round either, so can’t say how dirty/clean the cab is this go round yet (needs more photos of the interior of the cabin before that gets put on paper), and no real wear percentage on the undercarriage rollers, yet. Of course the tower crane and coils of rebar in the background make it obvious it’s not a stocked yard somewhere – it’s an active build site! Shady writing that can be seen faintly on the side panel, it is normal as the machine has been exposed to outdoors for some time. Overall the iron is hard worn, maybe not overdone, scratches and paint wear in all the places you’d look, hydraulics are dusty but not damp and no functional drips. Machine digs well.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
