Product Description

This machine today was a China-built 2021 year model Bobcat with 1918 hours on it, operating weight as stamped on the plate at 1953kg – it was what this little machine should be as you’d expect at the price and number of hours, Doosan Bobcat China-built (not the North Dakota plant) but there’s some surface rust on the pins at the boom pivot which is merely cosmetic as it was parked under the tin roof, Digged well, hydraulics responded quickly, no lag on the stick or boom and cycled the boom and bucket a few times with no slack in the linkage, cylinders stretched out fine and the chrome on the rods looked clean, no sign of pitting even from close-up. No real major chips or cracks can be seen, UNDERCARIAGE caked full of dried mud and grime but no pooling of oil, NO sign of “oil trails” or dampness around pump and motor – waits, let me see my notes, didn’t say much, didn’t see any obviously fresh oil trails or dampness around the pump or motor at least, and the rollers idlers do have the usual surface rust on the usable face of the rollers in the usual spots, but they roll without response,  I can’t be sure of every single bolt being cleaned out, but I didn’t notice anything in particular, shoot I didn’t notice any weeping where it matters too – the hoses around the boom weren’t weeping either, and at 1918 hours that’s rather remarkable for a machine that obviously has been rolling I suppose. Displays on the console and glass were streaked up, rain is possible, but no tears on the seat, the controls are all there, temp and fuel needles move when cranked over traction on floor – cabin tracked mud on floor.

It had some rain while I first arrived and I had to get off some rain from the window. There’s no stains on any of the white panels around the engine bay and there’s no signs of smoke coming from the engine when fired up from cold (owner wasn’t there ROTY these days) and the engine cover grills are ok and there’s no debris build-up in the engine vent grills. In the functional areas: Bucket has rust on cutting edge which is normal, blade under the cutting edge is rusty also but solid, white/orange body panels have minor scuffs/scrapes and no cracks or major damage, door body seals are intact. Paint’s faded. I’ve used this machine but it hasn’t been used by me – it looks like about the time and year it was in use, I would definitely bank on this thing next if I needed and cost was not to tight – I don’t know how many times people have used it; but to me, it was used once or twice a year and was washed out.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
