Product Description
The engine sounded fine but I am not real sure if it was just because I couldn’t get hold of a good dig area as it was sitting idle to get walk and check while the yard got it ready for another task, whichever, from what I saw running it on sit idle and a few cycles it’s a sound 2021 build with only 5877 hours on the engine, not much broken in for a cat like this 349. As I said there is no sign of where the pads have been chewed down, links have some rust on the surface, nothing overly serious about that as it’s exposed to the elements outdoors here and rollers looked fine, didn’t get a good look at them, they’re usually blocked with dirt. Traces are worn with none shot.
When I was moving the sticks around with the fresh oil in the system, the fluid flowed steadily with no hesitation or pulsing; the hoses on the engine cover looked dry—uh oh let me check my notes again—okay, no oil above it, but the old dried caked dirt would indicate that it was not leaking so much as it was sitting here all the time. Some mud has been packed on the bottom of the counterweight, as well as some paint scratches, but that is only cosmetic – no structural issues. Camera system was functioning and could view the rear view on the screen by flipping it on/off. Two flaws: no operator’s manual in seat pocket (this does not hurt the operation in any way, I believe it’s an aid in knowing what particular operational mode to run and it could benefit you) and there is a red-patched counterweight (I think it was a scuff against something and is no significant issue). Machine digs well. No play. I’m telling you seriously in the state that it was for 5877 hours, I’ve seen worse when it was this old and if it’s still in the budget then it’s a runner not a project. That’s because it was rather humid today a few exterior panels had condensation on them but it is weather. 0 mechanically nothing is hidden, I wouldn’t but there’s a number of them.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
