Product Description

Played around with this machine today at a demo location; the clouds and drizzle obscured the situation to make everything more horrid than it really was, but here are my observations: Not to say that Komatsu iron isn’t terrible at 4803 hours, but these tend to come and go for PC360.  Gauges all looked normal, coolant temperature settled in a normal temperature, hydraulic temp looked good. Everything functions smoothly – boom, stick, bucket and swing – no hesitation or jerks at the controls, no slop – didn’t feel any slop that is, from the seat anyway.

It had quite a bit of heavy mud underneath that did keep me from seeing the rollers so clearly but but what I did see didn’t indicate a major leak or break in the seal. Sprockets appear to be all right; some wear but this is not a significant issue. Inspected the swing motor and the hydraulic pump—let me read my notes here—There’s some old oil film on the engine block, but it was not fresh, I think it was probably left alone after an old gasket weep; No drip or pooling under machine. Surface fittings have rusted hoses, typical of the age of the hose and none are bulging or cracked. Surface rust exists on chrome but not deep – hydraulic cylinders should clean up well – may need seal changes sometime in the future but not of immediate concern. It’s written in Chinese and you’ll need to change this if you are running it in your home country.  Apart from some faded and scratched paint especially around the counterweight, but that is cosmetic.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
