Product Description

This SY375H excavate from SANY with tracks so dirty in red mud I was unable to get an accurate ‘roll back and forth’ picture of the amount of wear on the pins, but what I did see there does indicate that this machine has been hard at work, no true sag in the track frame and the tracks rolled freely but rollers are so red mud caked over you would have to pressure wash them to get a read on the percentage of pin wear which I didn’t have time to do today. Dang near all of the panels in the engine bay were ripped off and scooting around and grungling around…no fresh oil pooling under the block, air filter is dusty as hell but not torn, manifold had some carbon, but not crazy, and radiator screen needs some blowing but isn’t packed solid. Hydraulic lines everywhere, there were only 15 or so hoses on the swing motor itself, all the lines on the motor had dust on them, but I ran my thumb under the fittings and didn’t find any for the first pump housing on the left, but older dust was around the fittings on the other ones and nothing was weeping or anything like that so for the time being seals are holding.

No jerks out of boom/stick while the operator cycled it a couple of times and pins were not loose but couldn’t measure the play as the site foreman was pushing me and the bucket was not even connected to it so not sure what tonnage it’s been swinging. The counterweight paint is faded and there is that Chinese character on back, I suppose it’s a normal for SANY iron, some reflective tape is peeling off, but structurally it is in good shape. Can’t see swing bearing – would have to pull covers, but no grinding noise when rotating, so may not be damaged. I didn’t get to get into cabin I because the operator locked and took a lunch break; I don’t know about the seat, or if the AC works or anything else, only that the glass didn’t show any rips from The outside. It was misting rain when I was there, and everything was soaked in my note book, half of my pictures were blurry, but I think you get the picture. From what I seen, it seems to run good with no smoke stack and the hydraulics respond pretty quick and I didn’t see any sign of fresh oil leaking coming out the undercarriage, although it’s a mystery until someone hoses it off (my frame were not twisted). Not a show pony but not a broken down horse either. Requires some cleaning prior to being considered by any serious buyer. That’s it.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
