Product Description
Trod up to the 215VS Hyundai excavator around 3pm last night, still running an operator was in the cab which was good as I got to hear heard it work before it was turned off at a sand jobsite. Car is sounding clean with no knock, it’s exhaust doesn’t smoke black or blue when it should, and I had three more cars to inspect after this one so I had to keep it going a little bit they said it was already a hot one out there around 10am. Under the cabin everything is muddy, sprockets are fine, there’s your typical mud pack that comes from working in a sand pit on the floor below the cabin, seat has one of those woven cover over the foam which is usually toast after a while and the dashboard controls felt okay with no slop in the two joysticks.
Oil staining around the valve cover and on valve cover, could be an old weep or most probably an active slow seep, hard to say without running it a full cycle and wiping it down first. Before saying anything further, I’d have to clean up the area and check it again after an hour of running before I could call it clean. Hydraulic looks dry under there – wait – looked up pump bay again more carefully, there is residue around the swing motor and the main control valve area, but dusty over the top of it – this means it could not be fresh and seems to be old maintenance drip or a one time bleed which has not been cleaned off. No wet spots, no pools, hoses appear to be in good shape for cable type of hose without any cracking that I could see. One of the guys that was driving it had one of those big thermos bottles behind the seat, which took up half the cab, and he didn’t tell me the reason for that but true.Body has the typical wear and tear to be expected after a few years on site, boom and arm are straight with no visible bends, counterweight has some paint missing and mud caking but no cracks – bucket pins are tight – no wobble when grabbed, shaken. I took a look on the RI of the attachment and the hydraulic cylinders are heavy with dirt and I couldn’t properly inspect the seals without pressure washing the whole attachment and we did not do that so until someone pressure washes them, I would call seal condition on the cylinders a question mark.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
