Product Description

The machine I’m looking at today is a Sany 75C excavator. Although it is heavy equipment designed for site operations, the cleanliness of the engine compartment’s side panels exceeded my expectations; nevertheless, signs of actual use were evident—specifically, a layer of dust had accumulated on the alternator and filter housings. This is actually a positive sign for an excavator, given that such machines typically operate in wet, muddy environments. Started it cold and ran it for around 10 minutes and there wasn’t any exhaust smoke, idles normally, there isn’t any whine or chatter in the hydraulic pump, just the normal hum you want to hear as you cycle the boom and stick. Under the hood, the blue valve block shows no sign of tinkering by the owner for repair, all of the crimped hose ends are snug around the valves, no leaks I could see around the fittings. The teeth on the sprocket wheel are worn, but not hooked yet so you have some time until that is an issue.

When I rode around, the controls were nice and smooth, there was no slop in the sticks and the red lockout button works. Below I was at it for, maybe, 20 minutes looking for any leaks for awhile—umm, let me refer to my notes here—no, the swivel joint has some dust on the seals, but they aren’t tacky or damp; I looked around the pump housing, but it’s old grime but no fresh oil. No pit in boom cylinder or pit in rods. Only true flag will be the tracks, to calculate how much to budget for them on maybe 800 to 1200 hours depending on how hard you run it and ground conditions but for now it digs fine and doesn’t throw track. Due to sun, paint has faded on boom, but all SANY decals remain. You can’t tell from the pictures but the hours logged on the engine didn’t show up to me, just by how it looks, I’d say that it has been used on a regular basis but nothing too hard on it. Original black rubber hydraulic lines, no lines are cracking/cords are not showing. The machine is not crooked in the frame and doesn’t exhibit twist. Fairly good 75C Pro, operates well, does not smoke and pins seem to be secure enough.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.
