Product Description
It was a very hot afternoon, and I spent about half an hour inspecting this excavator under the scorching sun, carefully checking many details. The Doosan DX340LC-9C orange paint and freshly cleaned, but underneath that doesn’t say it all, it’s about what’s under the paint. Popped the hood for the engine compartment and it’s all like new, no oil mist on inside engine room panels, no weep around the valve covers and fuel lines…ok, hoses smell new. At the same time, no traces of oil leakage were found inside the engine compartment. No pitting, no rust blooming, no weeping or crusty seals (which would be an issue if the boom and stick had not been moved in quite awhile before it was delivered onto the job site), no leakage from hydraulic rams on boom and stick.
Undercarriage is a good indicator if someone is “bullshitting” the number of hours, but this is a clean as can be—90-95% life on the tracks, maybe even more, idlers have no side to side “slop”, tested the sprockets and the teeth are sharp and not blown off enough to be a problem, tested the heights of the greosers and there is almost as much greosers as the original, no hammering noise when I had the operator cycle it around me while standing underneath and testing the pins on the idlers were tight. The tension on the tracks appears to be factory and not over tight, as some retards have done in order to make them look less worn. The seat pocket is empty (excluding the warranty) of any Operator’s Manual, which is stupid as it’s the first place a buyer would look but not my problem. It started up without smoke, idled nicely, hydraulics sounded very nice as the sticks were feathered, the buckets had good curl and no stuttering and the pumps were good without cavitate noise. Normal tight fit (no slop) on pins on the bucket linkage. Machine digs well. No play. Cloudy throughout, made things more difficult in finding the defects in the paint and there were none that I could see, there were a few minor scuffs on the counterweight (due to shipping) of course. Overall this one its clean, not more than 500 hours if not less.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
