Product Description
I went to inspect this EC240 heavy-duty excavator in person today. It features the classic black-and-yellow color scheme and was parked at a gravel yard, surrounded by various other pieces of heavy equipment. The bucket teeth were still intact, and I walked around the machine twice without spotting any obvious cracks. Its orange top beacon is still visible from above, glass is intact, didn’t get in since it was locked, but it doesn’t appear to be beat up and I didn’t see any seats being ripped up or any of the gauges being busted.
Yeah, no it’s just a little old dust and some surface grime, the thing is I don’t see any oil pooling anywhere which is the one thing you would have wanted to see and the yellow service caps on the left side of the platform are there, and somebody must have been doing either maintenance or pretending to do maintenance some time. My Counterweight has slight scuffs, but paint is still holding up on entire track frame, walked around underside, triple-groover pads showing evenly and no signs of excessive operators not using it properly and making it spin around in circles all day long. Truthfully, hydraulic lines in the engine bay are not as dirty as I feared – now no cracking outside of the rubber and the fittings are tight, I shook a few and nothing feels loose or ready to fall off at the end of the week, when you’re in the middle of a job done right, and lube line leaks are a major pain in the ass. The ground was a wet gravel and I could not tell if any of the old oil stains under the gravel had been there or it had been wet with water only, but based on everything else, I don’t believe that this machine had been puking. On the eye, the bucket pins were tight and didn’t have a bar with me to truly test it but vis-à-vis on the eye, nothing was loose.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
