Product Description
The machine currently being inspected is a Komatsu PC35MR mini excavator. For a machine that appears to have been used for some time, the level of wear is quite good. There is no wear on the edges of the track shoes, and there are no oil leaks from the idler pulleys/sprockets. Overall, it looks to be in very good condition. There is no oil leaks anywhere, no oil puddles, fuel filter is clean(which I’m assuming was recent serviced), hoses are dry to the touch, there is a bit of engine cleanliness from someone who cares about this thing, or did at least until recently. Hydraulic rams are also clean, no oil streaks down chrome rods which usually indicates that the seals down the stick are still holding up good, no scoring on the chrome on any cylinders on the boom or stick that I could see. There are no bends or cracks on the dozer blade underneath and only the typical dozer blade “scrapes”.
With any of these open canopy machines, nothing’s torn or collapsed in the seat and just that they’re out in the open, it’s quite obvious there will be dirt and dust all around the seat, likewise, the floor is dirty, but not cracked either; when I dragged them, the controls still felt quite tight. I’ve given the pin bosses a check – no under the stick or bucket connection points anything was loose, no wallow in the pin, so it hasn’t been pounded with too big buckets and breaking up work. Canopy Fabric is dusty on the top and has some dirt on it, but for an open machine that has been sitting in a yard where lots of others have been – it is in pretty good shape. Don’t see an operator manual in the seat area, not sure of its importance to you but I thought I’d mention it anyway. It’s a zero tail swing machine and will fit in a tight area and has rear light as well, and mostly intact decals to boot. If you need a small mini excavator, then this is a great choice.

Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.
