Product Description

It was raining the whole time I was inspecting this machine today, and everything was muddy and damp, making it very difficult to check for leaks.Well known to be an SDLG E6200F with deutz engine (2018 built). Open top, looks good for its age: No new oil on the valve cover, radiator hoses are OK (no blister spots), coolant tank caps are both on with discolored, not leaking, radiator, exhaust manifold is rusty like in all cars of this age, no blow-by soot around the joints. She started fire with no hesitation, idles were quite level, the smoke-free start was not a problem (the 320’s of this vintage smoke on cold start if the rings are worn). Fuse block and wiring loom seems to be in good condition, 190A main fuse.

Most of my time was spent in the area of hydraulics. Fuel filter is changed, appears to be SDLG OEM and has been replaced multiple times. The one thing we should highlight is the “swing motor” — based flange is wet, there’s an oil film rolling around the seal area, now it’s wet down there anyway, so it’s hard to call on a rainy day, but — um – we went back again with a rag, and there’s definitely some weeping going on at that flange, not a gusher, not dripping, but not dry either. May be the starting to leak in the shaft seal. Nothing is an emergency at this point but keep an eye on it, perhaps look into purchasing a seal kit. Surface rust on hydraulic bay frame brackets – any old mud for a few years will do that.Undercarriage has a triple grouser steel pad all mudded up so I couldn’t get a good look at everything to say whether steel grousers were 40% or more worn, but it certainly wasn’t new iron. Tension is OK, no slapping being done, there. Bodywork features paint chip up boom and upper panels, and no cracks in the counterweight (cab wise). The cab door has old fleet lettering (China Minmetals and Shanghai Baoye), meaning that this one was previously used on a construction site contract.  Pretty good as a whole, no major issues other than the swing motor seal which should be monitored for wear and replaced.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
