Product Description

LiuGong 920E on a demo site, some of tracks are completely stuck with dried up mud, but that’s not important, pads still have meat on bones, possibly no dice stuck, no major cracks in track frames, but definitely not new. Typical pattern of wear on sprockets; idlers spin fine. Completely clean glass for the cab with no rips and interior not as trashy as it would be otherwise, seat has a little dust but nothing more, floor mat is present and manual not found in seat pocket (standard). Flushing of hydraulic lines under the boom is not revealed, cylinders are not leaking under and paint has rubbed off where the boom cylinders meet the rest of the structure, but the chrome is not scored. Engine bay—OK let me see—no pooling oil anywhere (except for some old grime on the block, but it’s dry), fuel filter housing is clean, the air filter does look fresh. Radiator fins were not blocked, but were filled with some mud, and the cap on the coolant reservoir was fastened tightly. Both the swing motor area final drives dry, swell, no seeping all around the seals the big one with these machines.

Control valve bank has normal wear marks due to vibration, no cracks and intact pilot lines. There are a couple of chipped areas that are known in the industry as “counterweight paint” as well as a few scuffed areas, and it’s normal for that vintage that the tracks sag a little when parked. All boom and stick welds are factory, no stress cracks around pins; grease (grease fittings) all look fresh with grease coming out indicating someone has been maintaining it. Engine is easy to start and cold fire, exhaust is clean, idles smooth (no white/blue smoke). Machine digs well. No play. No jerky, or hesitation in the slew, swing should be tight no drift in the boom lift cylinders when mid-air. The stick and bucket response is good, with no delay in the hydraulic, and tracks drive straight and don’t wander to one side. It was overcast while I was doing the inspection but I was able to tell that it powers on fine, and appears to be recording hours, but from the outside I couldn’t read.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.
