Product Description
This is a Caterpillar 303.5E mini excavator in excellent condition, meticulously maintained; it had already been thoroughly cleaned before I arrived. While machine in operation, pressure-tested hydraulic lines, no misting or dripping (I also checked all of the fittings but nothing), hoses are a bit dirty on the exterior but that’s only to be expected with a machine that has been running around, I guess that means no pressure washing them to mask issues which is a good thing in my book.
No flat spots in the rollers on my fingers and any sprockets had a normal wear pattern with nothing chewed or anything unusual on them. Surface rust is cosmetic but track frame is not bent or broken – I didn’t see any – and it doesn’t look sloppy, it looks like the tension is right. There’s a slight amount of play on the pins on the boom and stick but its just about in spec for a used machine, not going to pose any problems tomorrow just typical wear you’d want. All blade cylinders move in and out without leaving marks – No rod scoring. I just (literally) checked the bucket cylinder, I wiped it down and the chrome looks as new as ever under the dirt and the seals do not weep. Engine compartment has dust which is indicating to me that it’s not leaking all over the place as if it did it would be turning into sludge. Filter housing appears to be fine, was not pulled, but filter boot into intake is good. When I ran it hard, it didn’t have any `exhaust smoking’. There are no cracks – the glass is all intact.

Picked up one 2025 CAT 320D2 for a highway expansion job we just won out in Texas. Was worried about the hours being rolled back because you see that everywhere now but our shop foreman plugged in the laptop and ECM matched the dash exactly. Good solid iron.

My guys have been running the Volvo EC210D we got off here for about 400 hours now. Zero downtime. The inspection report noted a slight weep on the bucket cylinder which I appreciated Equipment auditors on the machdealers platform telling me upfront. Repacked the cylinder for $150 and it's been making us money ever since.

Load a lot of containers for West Africa out of different ports. Best thing about machdealers platform is they get the export docs right the first time. Commercial invoice, packing list, title. No delays at Jebel Ali Port Customs. Bought 4 KOMATSU PC200-8 from them so far.

We run a basalt quarry site in Central Ethiopia, we needed a 36 ton heavy excavator that can run 24/7 loading rock. Found a used KOMATSU PC 350 on here, after 3 weeks non stop continuous operation on site, engine temperature stayed normal all the time. That machine takes so much beating on our rocky ground, no issues at all. Exactly the tough workhorse we needed.

The shipment from korea to Uganda took a little over four weeks, slightly longer than I was initially told, but the platform sent me weekly photo updates showing the machine's location on the ship, so I never worried about losing money. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and the short wait was worthwhile. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We found a Volvo EC240 excavator at a very good price for our new residential project. The seller even uploaded complete maintenance records from the previous owner, saving us the cost of hiring an independent inspector and flying in to check the machine's condition. This alone saved us over $800 in travel expenses.

The team here truly understands the procurement process of construction companies—they won't bombard you with sales calls after you submit an inquiry, but will send you the specifications, prices, and inspection documents you require within an hour. 10/10, they will be our first choice for all future upgrades and replacements of our excavator fleet.

I’m a one man show doing septic tanks and grading. Rented forever until I found a Kubota U35 here. Wth financing rates right now I needed a cash deal. Got a great price. Rubber tracks are almost new. Starts every morning no problem.
